Who we are
3rd Space Creatives LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a marketing and content agency based in Florida. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
We've written it in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us and we'll explain it.

What we collect
When you fill out one of our forms — including forms inside Facebook or Instagram — we may collect:

Your name

Your business name and social media handles

Answers to the questions on the form (for example, whether someone in your business is comfortable being on camera)
If you email, text, or call us, we keep a record of that conversation so we can pick up where we left off.
We do not collect payment details through our forms. If you become a client, payments are handled by Stripe under their own privacy policy.
How we collect it
Almost all of it comes directly from you — you type it into a form, or you send us a message.
Some of our forms run inside Facebook and Instagram. When you use one of those, Meta may pre-fill your name, email and phone number from your own account, and you confirm or edit it before submitting. Meta's handling of your information is governed by their privacy policy, not ours.
If you visit a page we host, basic technical information such as page views may be recorded by the platform hosting it.
Why we use it
We use your information to:

That's the whole list. We contact people who asked to hear from us, about the thing they asked about.
What we don't do

We don't sell your information. Not to anyone, for any price.

We don't rent, trade, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We don't send you unrelated promotional emails from other businesses.
Who we share it with
Only the services we use to run the business, and only so they can do their job:

Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — where some of our forms live

Google Workspace — email and file storage

Notion — our internal client records

Stripe — payment processing, for clients only
Each holds your information under its own privacy policy. We don't give any of them permission to use it for their own marketing.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as it's useful to us — generally up to two years from your last contact with us — unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Client records are kept longer, for tax and contractual reasons.

Email hello@3rdspacecreatives.com and we'll take care of it. We aim to respond within five business days. There's no charge and you don't need to give a reason.
Children
Our services are for businesses, and our forms are not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we have your email, we'll tell you directly.
